Remote Visitor Management System
This remove visitor management systems helps to streamline the process of registering visitors, allowing entry and monitoring of the duration of visitors in the premises.
By using the technology we provide, the need for a physical guard is eliminated as everything is done remotely by the residents and the visitors themselves.
Management and Security agency will be given access to the log to monitor and ensure that all visitation is recorded and residents are responsible for allowing the visitors access.
Should any issue arise, MA and SA will be able to track the resident responsible for allowing access. For example, breaking of condo facilities. This allows us to find the resident responsible and proceed with further action.
Vehicle License Plate Recognition
Traditionally, a physical guard is required to be station and entry to record details of vehicles and the unit they are visiting,
With license plate recognition system, barriers are automated and vehicles are allowed entry without the need for a physical guard.
Resident vehicles are resisted by residents in our resident app and will be recognised by the camera when they enter.
Visitor vehicles can be pre-registered by the residents to allow a smooth process and the data is recorded. Visitors who do not leave the premises after state timing will be alerted in our backend application.

Residents can send custom invites, alert host of expected guest and streamline the process of having visitors over without the need of a physical guard
3) Update car Details
Resident can update car details or apply for temporary permit.
Residents can also register visitor vehicle details and the barrier will recognise with our license plate recognition system
MA / SA Dashboard
Management and Security agencies can access the dashboard to retrieve information on the condo
Through the dashboard, we can see the number of visitors who entered the premises, which unit they visited, what vehicle the drove.
We can also monitor if any visitors stayed pass the allowed timing and see if there’s any overnight parking.
